Cancellation Policy

From Our Family to Yours

As a small mom & pop shop, every appointment means the world to us. We take great pride in offering personalized care and service, and we plan our schedule carefully to give each of our customers the time and attention they deserve.

Because of this, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This gives us a chance to offer your spot to someone else who may be waiting.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $55 fee.

This policy helps us manage our time, cover staffing costs, and continue providing the service you’ve come to expect from us.
